In a way, it feels a little strange to be at home while the rodeo is soaking up some sun at the uncovered parking outside of the Lubbock airport. A $63 Greyhound ticket within the next 10 days should be able to reunite the rodeo and me. (The cheapest ticket from Houston Hobby to Lubbock, 600 miles away, is currently $125 through Southwest Airlines.)
