Just under 20 lbs with Salsa barends, Cateye Enduro wired computer, Profile plastic bottle cage, and home cut kite-grade Tyvek tire liners. The total cost was approximately $550 with the frame, fork, bottom bracket, XT front derailleur, XT rear derailleur, headset, and stem costing $145 (includes shipping). The XT derailleurs have been replaced wth XTR derailleurs.
